About me
Janeé Jackson-Doering is the Youth Services Consultant for the State Library of Iowa. She has served as the
consultant for four years. She is also the host of “Check It Out!” the monthly book talking webinar series from the
State Library. Janeé has served as a youth librarian in both small and large public libraries in Iowa for over 10
years. Janeé enjoys art and junk journaling, visiting her family in Davenport, reading Horror Fiction for kids, teens, and adults, writing fiction, and watching lots of films with her husband, David.
