About me
Selena Fergurson is a wife and mother of 7 children. She has been with the Clinton Public Library for 8 years and is dedicated to early literacy, STEM education, and community-centered programming. She leads a wide range of youth initiatives at CPL, including Creative Explorers, Sensory Saturday, school partnership programs in literacy and STEM, and collaborative projects with local organizations such as the Clinton Police Department and Clinton Parks & Recreation. Selena designs developmentally appropriate learning experiences for toddlers through elementary school students, with a focus on accessibility and hands-on engagement. Her work emphasizes creative, low-cost program models that strengthen early learning and build lasting connections between libraries, schools, and the broader community.
